How to get the exact LTA paper value

  1. Seller logs into OneMotoring with Singpass.
  2. Go to Request Access Code.
  3. Generate a temporary 6-digit access code.
  4. Provide the code + plate number to the dealer/reseller.
  5. Dealer queries PARF/COE rebate and vehicle details on your behalf.
  6. Code expires in 14 days or can be revoked anytime.

Trade-in conversation tips

  • Always verify paper value first before negotiating trade-in.
  • Use the LTA access code flow — it’s now the standard.
  • For older cars, COE rebate often exceeds PARF.
  • Ask the dealer how they calculate their offer margin.
  • Compare trade-in value versus private sale + new car purchase.
